Summary

Diggy Donuts is developing Diggy HQ, a proprietary cross-platform operating system for its growing mobile food franchise network.

The platform will serve as a centralized system for franchise operations, including event management, customer CRM, employee scheduling, sales reporting, inventory management, franchisee dashboards, and corporate-level reporting.

The MVP requires:

iOS mobile application

Android mobile application

Web-based administrative dashboard

Central cloud database and backend

The client prefers Flutter or another suitable cross-platform architecture.

The long-term vision includes AI business coaching, automated marketing, social-media scheduling, customer communication automation, training resources, POS/accounting integrations, employee timekeeping, and advanced analytics.
