Refund Policy

Connects (applies)

If your proposal is not selected (declined or someone else is hired), your spent connects are refunded automatically to your balance.

Connects used on a proposal that wins (you are hired) are not refunded — they paid for that opportunity.

Deposit packages

• Pending deposits can be rejected by admin if proof/TXN is invalid — no connects are added.
• Once a deposit is approved and connects are credited, the package fee is generally non-refundable as a digital access product.
• Duplicate transaction IDs are blocked to prevent fraud.

Wallet withdrawals

If a withdrawal is rejected (wrong account details, etc.), the amount is returned to your WorkingTrust wallet automatically so you can correct details and try again.

Work payouts

Approved work credits the agreed payout (your bid amount if you set one, otherwise the listed project price). Rejected submissions can be fixed and resubmitted — no wallet debit for redo.
