Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to enhance and improve an existing chatbot system. The selected developer will be responsible for improving the chatbot's intelligence, response quality, natural language understanding, and overall user experience.
The project will involve integrating or improving AI/ML models, optimizing chatbot conversations, handling user queries more effectively, and ensuring reliable communication between the chatbot, backend services, and AI components.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, LLMs, chatbot development, API integrations, and AI-powered conversational systems.
Experience with chatbot platforms, cloud services, and production AI deployments will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in AI/ML development
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
