Web Developer for Property Management Website

Summary

We’re looking for a web developer to help finish and publish a professional website for a property management business.

Most of the website templates are already built, so this is not a full website-from-scratch project. The main work is to review the existing pages, check that all links and navigation are working correctly, make any small fixes needed, and publish the website on the correct domain.

The website should have a clean and professional appearance and work properly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

The main pages will include information about the company's services, contact details and property listings.

We need someone who can quickly understand the existing setup, identify anything that needs fixing and get the website ready for launch.

Experience with web development
Experience working with existing website templates
Responsive web design
HTML/CSS knowledge
Basic JavaScript knowledge
Experience checking website links and navigation
Domain and hosting setup experience
Website deployment experience
Property/real-estate website experience is a plus
Good attention to detail
Ability to identify and fix small website issues
Good understanding of mobile responsiveness
Basic SEO knowledge is a plus
Good communication skills
