Build an Automated Freight Rate Finder in Excel
Summary
I have separate Import and Export tariff workbooks with multiple tabs and different formats for countries, cities, airports, airlines and weight breaks.
I need an experienced Excel professional to turn these files into one clean and easy-to-use *Freight Rate Master & Rate Finder*.
The main goal is simple: instead of searching through different Excel files and tabs, I want to open one workbook, enter the shipment details and get the relevant freight rates automatically.
For example:
*EXPORT → SYDNEY → INDIA → MUMBAI → 150 KG*
The workbook should return the applicable options, including airline, routing, minimum charge, KG rate, weight break, transit time, fuel/security surcharges, other charges and the original source/reference.
This is *not a data-entry project*. I need someone who can understand different tariff structures and build a proper database and lookup system.
