We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer to develop the first version of a modern mobile application for a Danish renter membership platform.
The platform is designed to provide renters with a simple and secure place to manage important tenancy information, rental documentation, property details, and related resources.
A live website and membership platform already exist. The objective of this project is to develop a professional mobile application for both iOS and Android that integrates with the existing web platform and provides a strong technical foundation for future expansion.

* Secure upload and storage of rental contracts and documents
* Upload and organization of move-in and move-out photos
* Take photos directly from the mobile device
* Attach photos to the relevant property, room, or category
* Simple documentation overview

* Integration with the existing website and member system/API
* Clean and modern user interface
* iOS and Android support
### Future Platform Vision
The application should be designed with scalability in mind. Future features may include:
* Landlord profiles and verification

* Additional AI functionality
