The system should use a RAG-based approach so answers are primarily grounded in approved company information, including website content, social media, scientific materials, FAQs, and treatment protocols. Patients should be able to upload medical reports, with the AI extracting relevant information, asking follow-up questions, and comparing the information against provided treatment eligibility criteria
- Build a patient-facing AI chatbot.
- Implement RAG using approved company information.
- Use website, social media, scientific material, FAQs, and treatment protocols as knowledge sources.
- Support medical report uploads.
- Handle semen analysis, hormone, genetics, pathology, and previous microTESE reports.
- Extract important information from uploaded reports.
- Ask follow-up questions when information is missing.
- Compare patient information against provided eligibility criteria.
- Indicate whether a case may be suitable for treatment or requires team review.
- Support English, Arabic, and Hebrew.
- Build an admin area for updating knowledge, FAQs, and treatment protocols.
- Protect patient information and maintain privacy/security.
- Recommend an appropriate technology stack.
- Provide examples of similar AI/RAG projects and healthcare AI experience
