Work with the lead developer on two live browser-based web applications: AgentFlow AI, a CRM and AI assistant for Dubai real-estate brokers, and G&R Support Coordination, an NDIS compliance web system for an Australian client.

The role focuses on React/Next.js frontend development, Python backend development, responsive layouts, database work, API integrations, and fixing/improving existing features through milestone-based tickets.

  1. 2+ years of experience building web applications.
  2. Strong React/Next.js experience.
  3. Strong Python experience with FastAPI or Django.
  4. PostgreSQL experience.
  5. SQLAlchemy or equivalent ORM.
  6. Responsive HTML/CSS skills.
  7. Ability to test changes before submission.
  8. Clear written English.
  9. Comfortable working with Git branches and pull requests.
  10. Ability to provide daily written updates.
  11. Available for some overlap with Dubai working hours.
